国際取引法フォーラムとは？ What is the Council?
本フォーラムは、国際取引に関する法的問題を幅広く研究するための組織です。また、法的な問題に限らず、国際取引の背景にある文化、社会、歴史などについても目を向けていきます。
This council aims to be an active forum for studying various kinds of legal and related issues arising from global trade.
基本的な活動としての定例研究会の開催をはじめ、さまざまな活動を行っています。
Public forum for a presentation and free discussion is held frequently almost every month. In addition, the Council has made some public proposals and published books.
